Lets give the drake 20k dps, 20k tank and 2M EHP. Then you can also kill it 46 to one, so according to your logic it is then balanced. Any game mechanic which according to you should be countered by outblobbing the enemy effectively 46 to 1 is obviously broken. It doesnt make any sense that you can defend such a mechanic.
Sorry, but thats a ridiculous straw-man argument. If you want to find a solution within the present game mechanics its really not that hard. The question seem to be if you should be able to carebear about in "your system" with near impunity or if you will have to accept some danger if the system is being infiltrated by hostiles.
What you need is a rapid response team that can handle the potential threat you are facing. You can often get a fairly accurate picture of the threat-level that the cloaked hostiles (neutrals) impose by checking killboards.
If there are hostiles that you suspect are in bombers then its reasonable that you go about your business in reasonably large groups and escort your soft targets with ships that counters bombers. If you don't cooperate and stay alert you will take losses against a patient and coordinated enemy. Sure, i can see why this is frustrating for some. Its asymmetric warfare and it should be a powerful tool IMO.

Lawl you are funny. So your counter to stealth bomber is being in reasonably large groups, i assume a large group of hulks close to each other so they can be killed all at once with a few bombs?
Here are a few pointers, really basic stuff so it should not be too hard to comprehend
Being in a reasonably large group does not necessarily mean that you have to sit on top of each other. If you read very carefully what i wrote you will also see that i did not suggest that the group by itself was a counter to hostile bombers. It is merely a basic requirement to stay alive as a lone target will not stand much chance against a group of bombers.
Hulks should stay in a group but not be so close to each other that they can be taken out in one volley. That group also need ships specialized in countering bombers if that's the threat you are facing.
